FAQ
What should I expect from a session?
I take a very candid, lifestyle approach to my shoots. I will make sure to get some posed shots with everyone smiling, but the primary goal of the session is to create memories that I happen to capture. I give my clients silly prompts, let kids catch bugs in the grass, and initiate tickle fights. My focus is on making it as enjoyable as possible for everyone so that those smiles and laughs are authentic and not just for the camera.
Where do you shoot?
I do all of my sessions on location throughout the Quad Cities. I have several amazing locations that are tried and true, but I'm always up for somewhere new. Whether you're dreaming of a big open field or being surrounded by timber, chances are I know a place.
I will travel anywhere within 45 minutes of Edgington, IL for your session. If you prefer somewhere farther, we can chat and work it out!
Where are you based?
I'm in Edgington, Illinois. It's a rural farming area southwest of the Quad Cities. However, I love a good road trip and am up for traveling too!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive a link to download your photos within 4 weeks. Don't worry though - you won't have to wait that long to see at least a few. Normally, I'll post a sneak peek within a week.
How many pictures will we receive?
A typical session will include at least 30 images to choose from.
